After 20 years, the resting place of the dead in cemeteries in Switzerland ends and the grave is canceled. If a body raises questions, graves are canceled, there are problems with decomposition or a cemetery is being renovated, Heinz is there to help. Even with all his experience after 40 years, Heinz still doesn't know what to expect when he digs up a grave. Whether it's just bones or corpses that look like they've just been taken out of the Tupperware when the coffin is opened. Heinz still sees the people they once were in the remains. He works with care and respect. He whispers soothingly to the remains of the dead.
