Ana, an ambitious director of an aggregate extraction company, manages to close a large international business by expanding the quarry that her family exploits. A success with a high personal cost that will affect his son Rodrigo, who, due to the separation of his parents, lives a reactionary and violent stage. Another of those directly affected is Virgilio, a hermit who must be evicted from his house due to the expansion, triggering the reaction of the Quarantamaula.

ALBERTO REY GARCÍA Born in Valencia in 1991. Graduated in Art History from the University of Valencia, doing his TFG on the stop-motion animation technique. Trained at the Pezenelagua Visual Arts Center. He studied postgraduate studies at the Polytechnic University of Valencia on direction and concept of animation, film criticism at NUCINE, he trained as a stop-motion animator thanks to a grant from the production company Clay Animation. Postgraduate course on fantastic cinema at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in collaboration with the Sitges festival.
